is there a penalty to use kids bouncers at events in arkansas?

our church is hosting a event on oct 21, 06 and we were told that if we have kids bouncers at event the state could impose a fine of $200.00

I think you just have to prove you have insurance for it. look into it the place you rent the bouncer at should be able to tell you every thing you need to know.
