This was a western movie showing the account of events leading up to and after the robbery of the Northfield, Minnesota bank. The town people took up arms and shot up the gang. This led to the end of the James/Younger gang.

Hello rtnav82,

There have been several movies made about Jessie James, including one that should be coming out next year, "The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford" with Brad Pitt.

One of my favorite movies is the 1939 "Jesse James" with Tyrone Power, Henry Fonda, Randolph Scott, and John Carradine. I especially love the scene where guys ride their horses through a shop window to make their escape.

Another big favorite of mine is the 1980 Walter Hill movie, "The Long Riders". This is an odd movie with the Carradine boys playing the Youngers, the Quaid boys playing the Millers, and the Keach boys playing the James'.

Finally there's "The Great Northfield Minnesota Raid" from 1972, with Cliff Robertson as Cole Younger, and Robert Duvall, as a very blood-thirsty Jesse James.

I hope that you can check these movies out. Have fun.
