pregnant, I do have the tender breasts but I sometimes get them before my period. My period is due on saturday.

Of course I want to be a mom!!! I've been trying for years I just hope that this is real cause if it's not im so gonna cry for atleast a few days, wish me luck!!!

Yes. That what mine was like. But I was thinking NO WAY!! My husband and I have been trying for five years and finally gave up then BOOM it happened. If you want a better test go get the digital one that says pregnant on not pregnant, that's what I did for me to believe it. Good Luck to you :)

Its possible but there are some tests that have a line called an "evaporation line". It happens when the test is read after the time is up, like you read the test 20 minutes later which is after the 2 minute time limit. It'll be very faint and you almost have to strain to see it. Of course its also possible its the real thing so you need to buy a test with 2 in them and wait at least 2 days in between testing to know for sure as hcg (pregnancy hormone) doubles every 2 days for the first 3 months if you are. Also, I've noticed (not sure how true it is but it works for me) if you're sure within 2-3 days of the date you conceived (ovulated), you can take an early pregnancy test 10 days from that date and USUALLY get an accurate answer.

i would say you are i did the same thing actually took the test a day or two before missed period..and the line was very very faded BUT it was there..i was in disbelief that for the next 2 days i wound up taking 5 tests..one being the digital which i suggest you buy it clearly states pregnant or not pregnant..although i would say the faded line would be a yes..it only detects the pregnancy hormone so something has to be there...good luck...trust me my "little faded line" is now three months old...CONGRATS

Even if the second line is very faint or light, result is PREGNANT. I too went through the same confusion last week. A couple of days before my expected period date, I started feeling "different." I bought a 2-pack HPT (home pregnancy test) just in case and both tests showed very faint lines. The next day, I went to the dr for a urine test and it tested negative. But because my HPTs showed positive, she had me take a blood test... which subsequently tested positive. So I'm pregnant! Basically the HPTs these days are made to be so sensitive that it can read your HCG hormones (the pregnancy hormone) at very low levels as low as 15 miu/ml. The dr's urine test usually has to show at least 25 miu/ml to qualify for a positive pregnancy. But the blood test is the best test and can detect levels as low as 5 miu/ml. Like myself, who tested 2 HPTs showing positive, then my urine tested negative at the drs, but then finally tested positive in my blood -- the bottom line is, if you definately see faint lines, and you are noticing changes in your body, you are pregnant.

Even a faint line means pregnant, as long as it shows up in the time that the test says. (usually 3 mins) I took 4 pregnancy tests, first one was negative, second one had a very very faint line so I wasn't sure. The third said negative, and finally I went and got one that just said pregnant or not pregnant. It was positive.......

My line on the first HPT I took was so light that I didn't even notice and threw it away. A few minutes lata I just had a feeling and I looked at it again and it was VERY faint but there!! I'm now 5 months! Congrats!!

A line is a line. I would take another test in the morning or in a day or two, but if you see 2 lines, no matter how faint or dark, you're pg. Congrats!!

You are really pregnant.. If you read the pregnancy test booklet
that comes with the test it will tell you that one line may be lighter than the other..congrats.....

If very well could be, my last test was like that and i have a son now so it was right! if your really going crazy over it just get another test and try again, and you don't have to buy the most expensive one, i got the cheap one from walmart and it worked just fine.
