I would write to the head office of the store and, if you have them, give the details of the time you were there and the names of the employees who engaged in the behavior. Every large chain has a strict policy against profiling and most have legal departments that will investigate (if only to protect the store against lawsuits). That's likely to get the quickest response.

You might also contact your local government's human rights or consumer protection agency. Unless the conduct was really egregious, they'll probably just write a letter, but your complaint might help establish a pattern that can later be used to punish the store or the employees involved.

If the behavior was bad enough, you can contact a lawyer and sue for harassment, denial of service or slander depending on what happened.

If you believe you were subject to profiling, I'd write to the head office at a minimum. If you let it go, it'll eat at you. I used to let such incidents go and they ate at me. The last time that happened, I wrote a furious letter to the head office. Within 2 weeks I got a call from the employee's supervisor who apologized and acknowledged that the employee's behavior had been unprofessional and unjustified. I also received a letter of apology. I felt much better about that outcome than I would if they'd have just sent a coupon.

Please give more detail because if you are an employee there you would call Federal Government for Fair Employment, and if you were just a customer you would call an attorney or I forgot the name of the government agency. For a person to help you you need to give details in your question such as: if you are an employee, what state, which city because all agencies are difference. The first thing you need to do is write a DETAIL report of what happen, time, witness, place, and who you spoke to and their response. if you wish you can email me I will can give you the government agent you need to contact.
