this morning i had lower abdominal cramps my friend said that she gets cramps befor her pierd i never got mine. can this be true that this cramping could mean that i will get my pierd tomarrow of not do you know why i am geting these cramps what can it be?

cramps do usually come before you start your periods so just be ready though the can sort of be a preparation for it.and is not nessarally followed quickly by a period individuals can experiance this for months before the real thing.it is an hereditory thing though,so ask members of your family for a clearer guide line

I wouls say that it means your due to get a period don't panic to much about it but if the pains keep up go see your doctor. But stressing about it will just make it feel worse.

Poor you,not a pleasant experince.It could be a number of things:
impening period
Ovulation
constipation.
eaither way,put your feet up with a hot water bottle and watch a nice black and white movie.

Yes you are probably getting your period. I use a over the counter medicine to help with the pain. Good Luck!

i got about three munites cramp warning for my period, and then bang. blood, forgot about it, but then, I was healthy and young. maybe you are getting cramps because there is something wrong with you

Yeah it could be, even though you never had them before, it's never to late to start getting them. i just now started getting back pains like 2 months ago, before my period, whihc never before in my life i had them... so yeah maybe
