and it flucuates from one hand to the other.They turn a dark purple almost black looking and then it goes away after about a half hour.There is no numbness or tingling,does anyone know what this could be?thanks

if this happens when your hands are exposed to colder temperatures then it is likely Raynaud's phenomenon, you want to see what brings this on and try to reproduce it in your doctor's office, see the doctor, good luck
