Normally the bank could provide this, you could also look at a CPA accouintant. And yes an attorney

If'n yur looking for more ideas, other than the fine ones already given:

a cop? (off-duty? would maybe like a little tip?)
a soldier of more than a "private" rank?
a private ditective?
a minister?

I would imagine a lawyer would suffice. Maybe ask a notary public if they can do it. Ask your bank if you can video tape it also.
