I can't say that I hate the man for making an unbelievable game saving catch but I can say that I wish the injured Cliff Floyd had been playing left field for the Mets tonight.
I think everyone in the park, announcers included, and most people across America thought that ball was gone...but then Endy Chavez came flying out of nowhere like his great uncle Jimmy Super Fly Snuka and grabbed that dang ball from over the fence.
I couldn't believe it....I'm still a little upset...but that's ok because the Cardinals are still gonna win.

Edited and added only this part ..... watch the highlights and look at the size of that kids glove...he's gotta have a 22inch mit...that's unbelievably big...of course he is short as heck for an outfielder... but he did jump over the warning track and leap into the air about 40 inches...great catch...big glove...but great catch...thank goodness it wasn't a game saver

If the Mets win, Card fans will remember this forever. If the Cards win, just a great catch. Me? I like baseball and it was a great catch. Whoever wins this, it has been a super series. Suppan did a great job. Kudos to both teams and both managers. Now to the 9th...

Even though I am a Mets fan I feel bad for Rolen. He has struggled this post season to prove himself to LaRussa and that would have been huge for him. I like the Cards and Scottie but I am a Mets fan first and foremost.
