Feel free to ask your friend about Witnesses and what they believe. I'm sure she wouldn't mind. You can also go to the official site www.watchtower.org in your spare time if you wish. I wouldn't be quick to believe everything people say about Witnesses in response to this question if I was you. Especially people who aren't even affiliated. Most people are VERY misinformed about Witnesses. For instance we are Christians. We not only believe Jesus exists but we recognize God sent his son Jesus to sacrifice his perfect body to make it possible for us to have forgiveness of sins. John 17:3. For ones who think we are a cult, what man do we follow? We don't look to any human but rather Jesus as our ruler. Even though I don't know exactly what you don't get about our religion, as a witness I at least hope that cleared up something.

they are an old fashioned traditional religion for the most part have a difficult time being understood.
when i was a kid one girl in school was the only jw so only one not to get birthday or Xmas presents.
look it up ask questions you'll make her day!
