It can be taught but that does not mean it can be physically performed to standard - as a doctor or race car driver would be hard to teach thoroughly and comprehensively - the dexterity part will have to way until virtual tools hit the market in fiddy years or so!

No... i don't think you can teach people to dance very well on line. Some things require a human personal touch.
