Trained in Egypt but want to work in Singapore?

I know of a doctor who is trained and qualified in Egypt but intend to move to Singapore to be a Doctor either in private clinic or government hospital. What is the requirement and what chance does he has? Currently working in a private clinic in Saudi Arabia.

first of all his degree must be authenticated, so he needs to check with the embassy if his degree is aknowledged or not. Most probably it won't be, so he needs to take the tests in order to be recognized as a doctor.

Second step is to apply to medical instituions, once accepted, he will be able to get a work permit, visa and be able to travel.
