I think that you should have to speak the native tongue, before it is granted.
The bulk of the western world, Including Europe speaks english as an alternate.
I do not think that we should have spanish as an official second language.
It is great that they want to teach it in schools, why not french as well? Our neighbor to the north speaks it a second official tongue.......?
Hindu, Indian, Iranian, Chines, Japanese, ad nauseam, come to this country, value it respect and learn our tongue, and customs.
..................................................................................?
That is where I am.
And before anyone suggests that I am prejudiced against hispanics, because this seems to have a slant there, and it does have a hispanic slant, let me qualify this by saying that I have more respect for the average hispanic family, and their work ethic, their sense of family, and there dedication across the board than I do caucasians. In fact for the most part I think we are lazy, and don't appreciate how good we have it.

If a non US citizen turns into engaged to be married to a US citizen, you should that the couple fill out both packages for a Fiancee Visa (K-one million Visa) or an Immigrant Visa (Green Card). The K-one million Visa is a transitority visa which enables you to carry your long term partner legally to the US with the intention to wed. Once you've married and are living within the US, you can also then take additional steps to use for a inexperienced card. Applying for a inexperienced as an alternative than a Finacee Visa is a well notion if you are going to no longer be marrying within the US.
