Your becoming an young adult you have to learn how to communicate with people upfront. You should be able to sit down like young ladies/men and work out a schedule for the living issues with the needs and respect for both parties. If all else fail try to get relocated or a swap.

It sounds like you are having a hard time, sleep deprivation and frustration. Don't be afraid to talk to her about this. Say you are having a hard time with the differences in your schedules and want to discuss some compremises. She probably has some issues too. Put it all out there and try to come to an agreement that you both can live with.

Talk to your roommate.
Talk to your RA again, maybe you can crash on her floor.
Go talk to the residence hall people yourself.
Find a friend to crash with.
And if all else fails, when her alarm goes off, turn it off. Unplug it, whatever you need to do to get enough sleep.

all i can say is grow some balls. tell her that she is driving you insane with her hours and try to work something out. if she refuses to comprimise , then just do things the way you want them done and to hell with her, she doesn't seem to care what bothers you so why should you care what bothers her., Or you could move out and get a different roommate.

Hmmmmm....
This is a hard one.
Maybe you should just talk to yur roomate and make friends.
Maybe start with saying "hey roomy! i need to talk to you"

you should talk to her without hurting her feelings, tell the truth, or just find out a way to find your new place
