My Fertility Specialist told me that the biggest sign of not being pregnant is having a "FULL, REAL" Period. Meaning one that is as long as your normal period, and just as heavy. Lots of women "spot" all through their pregnancy, and this is mistaken for a period.
It is not possible to have a full, real period while pregnant, because that means that you are sloughing off your uterine lining, but your embryo just happens to stay attached.
If you had spotted, but didn't have a full, real period, you could be pregnant and you should take a pregnancy test. If you had a full, real period, you probably aren't pregnant.
Good Luck to you and I hope that all goes well!!!

What do you mean by conceive? Did you take a pregnancy test that read positive or see your doctor who told you that you are pregnant?
It is possible to have a light period well into your pregnancy.
Please see your doctor.
