An internet cafe is where one goes to use the internet is they do not have a computer. Some internet cafes serve soft drinks, cookies, cakes, and sandwiches, other only offer computer rental for internet access.

A place where they have computers and internet so that if you don't have it at your house you go to the internet cafe and pay for how ever long you get on the internet or use the computer.
basically it is 4 ppl who don't have the internet or a computer @ their house.

.. what "bec" said... and people, usually without ^%$^$&*&%*^&$@!!!!!! net access at home, pay to ^%$^$&*&%*^&$@!!!!!! sit there and ^%$^$&*&%*^&$@!!!!!! surf, sip coffee, and munch out. Very ^%$^$&*&%*^&$@!!!!!! popular overseas. The cafes make a lot ^%$^$&*&%*^&$@!!!!!! money at it too!
