Lipgloss will plump up your lips. When you line your lips, make sure your line is nice and curvy to give your lips a full shape. Don't put toothpaste on your lips, that will just dehydrate your lips and make them shrivel up. I also wear lipstick and 2 layers of lipgloss, which makes them look nice and thick.

I hope I helped!

If you're after a more natural look which still a little dramatic, you should try using a lip-liner which is a few shades darker than your natural lip colour. Then get a clear or slightly tinted gloss and see how it goes. I haven't tried this but I've heard a lot of people have found it useful.

Press an ice cube against your lip for about one or two minutes. This will make your lips nice and firm. Thinly line your lips with a nude shade. Draw a two vertical lines that divides your upper lip into thirds. Dab a matte shade in the middle, and a shiny version of that shade on the sides. This will make your upper lip appear fuller.

Draw the shape you'd like to have with lip liner. Then with a neutral colour lipstick colour your lips. Lip gloss on top. and taa daa, fuller looking lips.

There is a lip gloss called Lip Venom. It plumps up your lips a little when you wear it. (It may sting a little the first few times you try it until you get used to the feel).

Tooth paste on her lips?......never heard that one before.

I would say get some lip gloss that claims to make your lips fuller. I don't know any remedies. Sorry.

Try popsicles. Or... well... ice cubes. Seriously, it does the trick (even if temporarily.) Failing that, I know you said no lip gloss, BUT... if you're desperate, try DooWop Lip Venom...
