Yeah you have been infected with Spyware...yikes!
Get Adaware, install/update and run it. You may have to do more than that. If so, go here and start reading!

hey.. dont worry.. u might have some malcious software installed while u r connected in net..
do u have any anti-virus software ???
if not do download adware sense (try googling it) get the demo version and execute the program.. !! if u r not able to resolve it..
if u have anti-virus software then its fine.. u execute it once and also chk for latest updates which it requires to detect these files..!!
the best way is remove the application from the startup list.. !!
