I only feel it's wrong to a point. If you are torturing someone who really doesn't know anything of importance, they could give you false information. But if you are sure they know something that is really important, I say, do what you got ta do. Also, It might make them think twice before torturing and killing one of us, if we let them know that for every one of us they killed we would take two of them and do the same. Starting with the most important ones we are holding in prison.

Enemies or not, it is against the international law of the Geneva Convention which states that any torture is illegal and immoral. All prisoners must be treated humanely. It was drafted in WWII when Hitler was doing the same thing to civilians and soldiers alike.

It goes against the Universal Law for any human to bring harm to another but most people do not realize this as of yet. We are too immature of a world to know this information is law of humanity. What we do to someone else we must re-pay in some form of debt owed later on. Even when one cheats on a spouse and hurts them dearly this goes into a debt that must be re-paid at a later date. We have not forged much farther than the Roman days of throwing slaves to hungry lions. When will humanity learn this is unknown to me but sooner or later it will have to be learned.

I have read some of the tactics inflicted upon detainees and it isnt a hazing. I think that all people who are detained deserve a trial and for a jury to decide, not the CIA
