I've recently had me third cesarean. How do I shrink my "kangaroo pouch". Nothing is working. My incision is completely numb and it seems like nothing is working.

How to lose bellyfat

If you are feeling good sufficient in a couple of weeks, begin going for a stroll daily together with your youngster. The weight will come off, simply deliver it time. Breastfeeding is so well for you and your youngster!

i dont know whether u know about the brand "OSIM"
there's a product call u zap-zap
u can buy that and parctic it on ur tummy as an daily execise
i believe it could help u somehow

*ps: u better read it thorough it about the instruction
because my friend use it and it works
but somehow, it depends on people
i mean, my friend have an often period after using it
so better check it out 1st

Proper diet and work out with the help of a personal trainer. Most of all is, self discipline to achieve the goal you want.

Exercise more and eat less. If you burn more calories than you consume. you WILL lose weight.
