Well there's 1.)the crust 2.) the mantle, and 3.) the core. That would make 3. But it also can be 4 if you count the core as being two separate layers, the inner and outer core. But I think if you say 3 thats good. Are you also counting atmospheric layers?

It has the lithosphere (the crust and part of the mantle), it has the asenophere (the last part of the mantle), the melted outer core, and the solid inner core, which scientist think is solid iron. So, it has 4 layers.
