i have a 1990 kawasaki ninja zx600 the one way starter gear is broke and need to know how to get to it?

1990 ZX600-C3 The engine has to be removed from the frame and the crankcase has to be split open. The starter clutch turns a gear, which turns a chain, which turns the crankshaft. The chain is in the center of the crankshaft.
1990 ZX600-D1
-Drain engine oil
-Remove L crankcase cover
-Remove flywheel
-Flywheel puller - Go to - Tools - Pullers - Flywheel Pullers

-Change the starter clutch
-Change the big gear also, if the smooth surface that the starter clutch rides on, shows ANY wear.
