It a mind game that your brain is winning... think about the cues - how does your body start to react when you go into that anger.
Learn to recognize these cues so that you can defuse yourself before it is too late.
You will have to self talk yourself ( in your own head ) or out loud if you are alone... calm down and think... how can I fix this problem without putting myself or someone else in any kind of jeopardy? Count down from 10 and back off from the person or do not concentrate on the person that is annoying the crap out of you. Think...is driving irrational worth it?, no... you will get an opportunity to pass or stay away from the irritation that is bothering you. Back off and breath is what I try to do. I get annoyed too but have learned that the little things are just not worth it. I try to remind myself that everyone makes mistakes and everybody has such hectic lives at times that you just never know why that person is driving like an idiot or a complete moron.
Hang in there and remember... it just ain't worth it.

Just keep driving aggressively and the local law enforcement and court systems will make certain that it is not a problem anymore, for you or anyone else on the road. No license, no problem!

Join the volunteer fire dept. crash team, you'll be trained on the "Hurst Tool" (jaws of life), then you can get up at 3:55 AM and cut people out of crashed cars while they scream in agony because you can't get to them yet to stop the bleeding. THAT SHOULD CURE YOU !
