Hi,
Many users use Nero Suit for burning MP3 or any other media. So it contains a CD Cover Utility for doing such stuff.
http://ww2.nero.com/enu/index.html NERO is used among many users so it is very nice.

This opensource (free) program can contain neat automatic CD Covers for you. Take a look at it :)

Those are the only two applications I would recommend, everything else is garbage in my opinion. I always use MACCC since It is pretty easy to use. Nero is great for beginniners.

Good Luck
PS: You would need special paper to make the stickable CD Covers (From avery http://www.avery.com ) Or you could just print on blank paper and place them on the cd cover
