You haven't mentioned about whether you like him. If you also like him back then you can just say hi to him. If he really likes you then he won't waste the opportunity to talk to you unless he is very shy. Besides, just because he stares you doesn't mean that he likes you, who knows how many more girls stares at.

Just be open. Nobody likes a sour puss. Ask him what is up, and that you catch him staring at you. Are you not old enough to speak your mind and not be shy? If you are still in high school then this happens all the time. But if you do not like him back then just ignore it. Dont live life wondering, be brave. Whats the worse that can happen?

Theres alot of ways for you to find out you just have to find the right one. I have a guy in my gym class he stares at me alot, he's really cute and i kind of like him but hes a lot more popular then me. so i dont know etheir( im still trying to find a way) so your not alone but if i were you i would maybe ask someon thats kindof your friend and he dosent no that they know you and tell them to go up to him and say " i saw ypu looking at ******* in history i was just wondering, do you like her?" they have to be in your history class though but that may be a soultion.

You go up to him & ask him. Why the cloak & dagger here. Maybe he is thinking the same thing because he sees you staring at him staring at you. Funny isn't it. Honesty & the direct approach is always the best policy. And I am assuming this guy is appealing to you. Because if not, why do you care one way or the other?

This is what you do... you walk up to him and say I have a friend that looks just look me and shes always hiding and you never seen her before but all you know is she looks just look me the only people who saw her was a girl and a couple of boys and say do u look her.
