I can hold a grudge, It's a bad quality about me. Though sometimes i can forgive but who really forgets? It also depends on who it is and how bad what they have done is. Like if it is a family member or my boyfriend i am more likely to forgive then just a friend.

It's very possible to hold a grudge forever but you can forgive and forget.

I can forgive, but never forget. I've never been one to hold grudges.

no never... i hold grudges from 15 years ago. i plan on how to get back on all of the people that hurt me, and when people screw me now - I really go ape on them. I work at a very prestigious place that has a very widely read publication... so I just threaten people who hurt me now that i'll write an article about them in this publication, and I usually get PROFUSE apologies with all of my money back very fast (if it is a merchant). I am very angry with a lot of people, and often times - i spend hours and hours trying to figure out how to extract vengeance on them. I have taken down very senior surgeons, unethical merchants, major apartment management companies, doctors, "laser har removal" cetners, and more. Basically, when I added up the fact that I was fleeced out of $15,000 over the course of 4 years, I lost it. i have a vengeance problem...but i just have to weigh the cost of seeking vengeance with the price of doing so. you'd never guess this by meeting me i dont think... but i am a very angry person with a lot of hatred for people.
I even get really pissed off when I write the most well thought out and introspective answer and the question asker on here selects the person who wrote "yeah" as their best answer.
even when i get thumbs down on here, i want to find the people and hunt them down. too bad it's not possible. THAT is the extent of my anger.

i definately don't hold a grudge forever. i don't have a hard time forgiving for most things. but its hard for me to forget. i guess thats good so it doesn't happen again

It depends. I usually forgive and forget, but there are a few people out there that I will never forgive and probably have a gruge against forever.

If the meaning and apology are sincere then I can forgive, never forget though. If it is something the other person is not sincere about it's ON forever!

I can forgive the debt of others to me but I sure as hell will not forget .
