My necklace broke at work and my boss took it and said he will fix it for me and give it back. It is now over 3 months that he hasn't given it back to me! I asked him twice whether he has got a chance to fix it and he said that he's been very busy. It doesn't have any monetary value but it was the last thing my father bought for me before he dies and I really love it. My boss is not very friendly and I am scared to ask him again. I don't want him to fix it at this time, I just really want it back!! What should I do? I feel irritated.

Honey just explain that it was the last thing your father bought for you before he died. Tell him that you would like it back whether it is fixed or not. You can always find someone to fix it for you. Be nice about it when you request that he give it back. Good Luck my dear. Hope you get it back with all the parts.

You have 2 choices. Ask him outright to return the necklace & be ready to accept the consequences of his reaction. Don't ask & resign yourself to the loss. There is no middle ground. Ask yourself what you would do if he were not your boss. That fact alone should not be a factor in your decision. Employees & bosses are just people with different responsibilities. In my job I hold both positions, I am a boss to some, but I also have a boss that I report to. I treat them with the same respect. Hope this gives you some insight as to how to proceed.

Don't worry about if the necklace has been fixed, Tell your boss that you want the necklace back now and don't take any excuses.
If he doesn't give your necklace back go over his head and report it to his boss. And remember if he tries to retaliate against you, you can file on him because it is against the law to retaliate against another for turning them in for something they did.

one element I omit in US (and nevertheless no longer able to discover in Wal-Mart China) are turkey franks for breakfast. yet bringing a ton of those on your "ton of latest human beings" at what you're merchandising corporation could be too heavy. if your boss asked for a particular merchandise, then this is high quality. If i will, i could deliver some community foodstuff products that are in ordinary terms produced domestically on your section. something that are domestically produced and function the words "Made in united states" could be effective. deliver a chunk of your place with you.

ask him for it back tell him how much it means to you and why, and that it doesn't matter if it's not fixed. Just tell him how you feel. even if he's not very nice he should understand how you feel but he can't if you never tell him.
