I did a system restore and after my computer restarted, system restor came up and said restor incomplete how do I get my computer
to restor or how can I get my start menu un-frozen???

first try rebooting or holding the computer button down for at least 5 seconds until it turns off... Then wait a few minutes. And reboot.. A lot of time the system restore doesnt work. You can also install the recovery disk and reboot and try a clean up from that..

Turn off computer ...maybe you'll have to use your main power supply to shut it down if your menu is frozen...then ...restart it ...all the while you are restarting it ...press on the f key that you need for your bios settings....if you don't know which one it is try f 10 or f 3 first .....when you get it started you should be able to do a system restore again from your bios screen.

Go back into systems restore and restore at another time frame. Some times there's a point where you can't restore and you end up with your computer stuffing up!!
