All Christian communities celebrate the Nativity of our Lord on December 25. The actual number may be illusive.
The number of the secular world that celebrates Santa Clause Day is in the millions.
I have taught my children that the DAY is for prayer and thanks. The SEASON is for the gathering of families.
No one should have to fake happiness so no holiday is the glue that holds a family together.
If there is a rift in a family any time is a good time for mending.

I do not have the percentage, but you could obtain it by looking at the number of Christians in the world, including Roman Catholics, Greek Orthodox, and various denominations of Protestants. This can be obtained through Wikipedia.

The second question can be answered by listing the ways in which this is true. Begin by looking at how you (if you are a Christian) have experienced Christmas and go from there.
For example, trimming the tree as a group activity, singing carols, etc.

Best wishes. Hope this helps.
