I need advice from call center people who, I'm sure knows a good deal about rates from different call centers.

I assume you are from a developing country (emerging country) like Asia. Normally, call centers give a 30% to 50% premium over the base salary. For example, you are making $300 a month in base salary, including night differential premium, you can earn as much as $450 monthly.

It depends on the size of the differential. If it's like 10 cents, you'll get an extra 80 cents for the shift and taxes will take 20 cents of that back, so it wouldn't be worth working nights (unless you just prefer to work that shift). I doubt if the differential offered is much more than a dollar, so you might see $6 a night or $30 a week.
