Well Im pretty skinny, I kinda wanna buff up a little bit ( will it get the girls attention?) anyone know a good fast workout plan?

Eat lots of carbs then lift weights!

First of all, you don't lift every single day. You put a day of rest between the workouts. Why? Because you build your bulk during the rest period. 2nd of all, try to lift enough that you fail on the 8th rep. Maybe 8 to 10. 40 reps is way too much. Lift enough that you fail sooner-8 to 10 reps. Lastly, swim. Swim for 30 minutes without resting at the sides of the pool like you will see people do. Or run. Running will build your legs and your gluts and calfs. It'll look nice. Get a personal trainer if you can for at least a month. Good luck.

Do pull-ups and chin-ups for your upper body. You can weigh yourself down by attaching some sort of heavy object at your waist with a rope for a real challenge. You can do this at an elementary school playground.

Have a friend put a car in neutral in a parking lot and sit behind the steering wheel as you push it from behind. This is for your lower body. Do not think you can push the car yourself, then hop in and stop it from riding into a telephone pole, or anything else for that matter. You can do this in the parking lot next to the elementary school playground.

Eat and drink clean. No alcohol, no soda, JUST WATER.
Nothing fried, eat lean meats, eat foods high in protein. Be a gentleman. Don't become a cocky sonovabitch.

Eat lots of meat and stuff with protein and iron in them. Go to a fitness centre and start lifting weights. Join dragonboating!
