That depends. Do you mean to sell them? Probably not a good idea unless you're positive there are no minerals there. Do you mean to lease them? Probably a good idea. You probably dont have much to lose. If they find anything you get royalties. If not, atleast you get the lease money. Just make sure you get a fair deal.
