Meaning wanting to be single and then wanting to be married. Simple question.

A person can be independent and still be married. An independent person can be married and still be happy. To be independent means to be your own person and have rights to make decisions on your own. I am lucky to have a wife who allows me to be me.

if a person is independent then rather their married or not they will always be independent.mybe not as much.being married has nothing to with it.u shouldn't worry about being independent if Ur in love u will learn to deal with it.being single or not well that depends on what they re wanting.like if they r ready to settle down or they r not

If you are asking if this person is sitting on the fence between commitment and non-commitment, then it is a definite yes. It happens frequently with men, but it can also happen with women too. Usually fear of commitment stems from being rejected in a serious relationship (divorce or break-up) in the past. But then some people just don't want the responibility and accountability that is part of the package of a commitment.

if you mean ...being independant , then giving it up for being a house wife. that would be very hard to do. why? because there is no better feeling than being independant! never rely on anyone whole heartly like that. you will regret it!

I have been married, now am single and sometimes would love to be married again and other times I like being single.

You marry someone not out of need but desire/ want.
It's not about indepence.
You desire to be with her/him.
You desire to build a family together...etc.
Besides, who wants someone that's needy.
