My friend is going as something like an Ancient Egyptian princess, and I have been having a hard time find a costume to compliment that. Any ideas? For a teen (16)

Well, I want to thank you all for ideas, and I'll still look at new ones, but I've got a new idea, and that would be to go as Anubis. Does anyone know of any cheap materials I could use to make an Anubis head or mask.

A Roman gladiator type costume. Do a search for Cleopatra, Julius Cesar or Mark Anthony to see the type of clothing the men of that era wore.

A pharoah. The head dress is the difficult part.

You could also be her slave, wear sandals, a long shirt and shorter pants and carry around something to fan her with. Spend all your time doing stuff for her.
