By definition, 1 cc (cubic centimeter) equals 1 ml (milliliter). I'm American and I must admit the metric system is much easier.

actually im not sure how many cc's equal 1 ml. I checked all of our kids medicine giver thingys and none of them listed cc's only ml's, however i filled the medicine deal to 1/ml and then shot it into measuring spoons. and came to the conclusion that 1ml equals exactly 1/2 teaspoon. I would be really carefull about giving your 2 month old medicine. Most pediatricians say not to till they are at least 4 months old. I hope your little one gets feeling better

1 cc equals 1 ml. there are 30 cc's in 1 ml. i was taught this in my nursing assistant class . we had to calculate our clinical patients medicine doses as well as other things.
