hola. can occasional right testacle pain and a tender urethra that doesn't hurt when urinating be caused by prostatitis? also, i went to a urologist who said that i had a urethral stricture. with all stricture, there is spongiofibrosis(scarring of tissue on underside of penis)? could this affect spongiosum blood flow and cause the weird spongiosum shape(thins out about 1in under glans and stays like that)?

Bacterial or non-bacterial prostatitis?

Does soap burn?

I do not believe that the external penis is affected or affects the internal prostate gland.

Could it be vas pain?
