The E drive is your CD player.
If the space is full ... it's because the CD in it has no free space or is "closed" to burning more on it. This is the way it is supposed to be.

When you put the CD in, it should play. If it doesn't, double click on the E drive in my computer. If it still doesn't play, then something is wrong with either the drive or the disk.
