Your potassium could be low..also you could need some VitaminB12. Your doc could give you a quick shot to perk you up. It could also be your diet. Working outside could dehydrate you..do you drink enough liquids..There's so many things it could be..best thing is to get a physical and a blood work up to be sure. Better safe than sorry.

yes anemia is a good posibility...most women are cause of the menstrual cycle and also the fact we dont eat enough iron from our diet (red meat, green vegs, liver). Best to get a blood check to rule out anemia and other blood related problems like thalesemia. If anemia is confirmed, take some iron supplements 2 weeks after each menstrual cycle to replenish what u lost. U may also be tired cos u work hard. Check ur beddings...make sure its firm and gives u a good nights sleep. Good to rule out apnea too

You need to see a doctor and have your blood tested to see what is going on to get an accurate reason. That is the bottom line. No specualtion will give you the answer to this question. The question requires a professional to answer it. The other answers are good ones and could be any of them so find out for sure by a doctor's visit. I have the same symptoms and I have low thyroid activity (hypothyroidism). I don't rest properly or eat right so the medicine doesn't work as well as it should.

Maybe you are working so hard that even when you are asleep yo still aren't getting enough of it. You need to make sure that you are sleeping in a comfortable and quiet place.

With no ideaa about your age or physical condition, who knows. Fresh air and physical exercise tire a person out though. Also, if you're female, if you bleed more than average during your period, the clood loss can cause fatigue.

hmmmm are you eating right?
are you depressed/overstressed?
are you overworked?
do you do drugs or drink too much alcohol?
do you have a good sleeping situation?
Some things to think about...
If you have a well-balanced lifestyle, and it's still a problem, maybe you should talk to a doctor.
