high fat seeds so they can build up the reserves they will need for the energy for the flight.

I am not a pro.... but I would think if you leave a combination of all 3, the birds would have the instinct to fill on more of what there senses are telling them they need..... thank goodness birds don't suffer from the fat americans epidemic!
