could it be becasue my period will be here hopefully on saturday? i never had this kind of pain in my stomach before and im bloated (usual pms symtpom) and gassy. my lower abdomen just feels crampy and aahhh it hurts so bad

Maybe you just have a stomach virus try just drinking lots of liquids so your body doesnt dehydrate. Its proably your period also cause its a few days away. goodluck to you! Hope you feel better~

appendicitis if on the right side, or across the lower abdomen. Can you call an advice nurse? Blue Cross has them, and so do most hospitals. Upper stomach may be a flu or some kind of bug. Do you have coca-cola around? If it's really bad, though, go see a doc. Better safe than sorry.

Problems with the organs in the abdominal region i.e. the digestive system, liver, gall bladder,pancreas, appendix and kidney could be the main reasons for a bad stomach ache. Gastroenteritis can give you a severe stomach ache, while stomach pain from cancer may only be mild. yes it probably is because your period is coming. Take some midol and have a nice cup of tea and try to relax.

bad diarrhea does NOT sound like period symptoms to me!! keep an open mind on appendicitis or ovarian problems,, my cousin had real bad period cramps,, was later found to have a large non-malignant tumor and had her ovaries removed....course it could be something you ate!!

its probably your period, or maybe your pregnant and are at risk of having a miscarriage. please go to your doctor ASAP. you could be pregnant and not know it. wish you the best, and good luck.
