What do you see yourself doing or going with your life? Do you beleive you will accomplish your goals??

I am in the process of applying to medical schools and I think that at least one of them will take me (I hope!). I do think that I will be a good doctor. I want to be a mother and have a family and I think that I will be good at that too. If I didn't believe I would accomplish my goals, why would I work towards them knowing that all efforts were futile?
