K my bestfriend Morgan is dating this horrible guy named Kurt.
9 months ago he tried to get with me but I knew his reputation.
And about a year ago he dated out friend beckie, and cheated on her ofcourse. Anyways Kurt and Beckie stayed friends, and beckie knows how he is. Morgan and Kurt met 4 days ago, and are now dating (Shes stupid and starts dating a guy the DAY she meets him) Anyways.. I can't even stand to talk to her because she refuses to listen to me and beckie because "hes so funny".. and says that she knows him even though they met 4 DAYS AGO
Anyways, this is runing mine and hers friendship because, i refuse to hang out with him, and i can't stand to talk to someone who is so stupid and won't listen. What should I do?

I have an amazing boyfriend of 7 months now..
Its not that im jealous, its just that, i care for her and i can't stand watching her do stupid things.

all you can do is stand by your friend because you know eventually she will need you.
explain to her that your not happy with this guy and dont want to spend time with him around with her, but maybe you could make time just to be with her and go shopping or whatever because you value your friendship.
just have some patience with her now and be there for her when she falls.

You said Morgan is your best friend? Then why are you letting a guy ruin your relationship with her? She isn't going to listen to anyone in regards to how Kurt is,she is going to have to find out that for herself,and if you are really her friend,you will be there to pick up the pieces when he breaks her heart. Unfortunately,when it comes to the heart,people don't want to hear the bad,and the more you try to keep her away from Kurt,the more you are destroying your friendship,and if Kurt is really this big cheater,I think Morgan is going to need you when things start crashing down. Friends stand by each other,no matter what.....

Be firm with her. Not rude or mean, don`t call her stupid. Just explain to her why you don`t like him. If she won`t listen, leave her a voicemail so that she can`t hang up on you. If she doesn`t have to be put on the spot or respond right away, you might get some better results. Try to still be friends with her, but don`t give up and start hanging out with him too. You can still talk on the phone. Even if she gets mad and won`t talk to you, she`ll come to her senses one way or another. I know that you want to prevent her from any pain that he might cause her, but sometimes when people won`t listen, you just have to let them figure it out for themself.

Ya I know what you mean, one of my friends acts different when she has a boyfriend just like your friend. But just dont put up with it, if you've got other friends hang out with them. Still talk to her, and let her know that your not mad but you just cant stand her boyfriend.

Well hun, as hard as it is she (your friend) might just have to find out the hard way. She is not much of a friend to let him come between you and her, Especially if she already knew how he was.
