Although I didn't read it in it's entirety, I have read excerpts. Oh my, I'm blushing just thinking about it. Perhaps some things are better left to the imagination. lol I don't recall my diary being nearly as graphic or erotic when I was 15. Hmmm...maybe that's why I didn't have many suitors. *sigh*

I think it works!!! It helps in good blood circulation and stimulates the sebum production which is good for the hair!! It also distributes natural hair oils and will account for a great shine!!
