You cant get all out but try this little trick to get a lot of it out. Spread a thin layer of white or yellow carpenters glueonto the surface of your skin and wait for it to dry. Then pull the whole layer off in one or several pieces. The sooner you do that the more effective it is. The fiber that does not come off should be left alone. But watch it for infection. Washing it with phisohex will help to prevent that. Eventually the epidermis of the skin ejects the foreign body to the skin's surface. If it is really uncomfortable use a little xylocaine hydrochloride cream on it. The pharmacy carries it in 5% solution.

I've been working with fiberglass casts in a clinic and when removing them the fiberglass dust really gets on my hands and causes itching and rashes. The best thing i've done is just to wash the areas with soap and cold water for about 2 minutes. then throughly dry my hands. if it still itches you gotta rewash and really scrub all the fiberglass out cuz it gets stuck between your skin.

Yes you can get it out. Use duct tape, or similar strong sticky tape. Put the tape on your skin and rub it in. Let it set for a few minutes then gently pull the tape off. The tape will pull the fibers out of your skin. Repeat until you are sane again. It works for metal shavings and small splinters and cactus needles.
Good luck, don't go crazy from the itching.
