my heart tells me that he is the one for me, but his actions tell me something else, this guy don't call me and shows very little signs that he cares. but my heart tells me that he is the one for me.

Unfortunately, it looks like you have a crush on someone who is not emotionally available to you. The best thing is to go out to places where you will meet other guys, ones more willing to enter into a relationship. If this guy sees you having fun with other men, he may take more of an interest in what you have to offer.

after you drop a hint or two...you need to wait on him to make the move , an if he doesn't than he is not interested in you that way.
