lateley hes been complaining alot about how his penis hurts once in a while at the tip, and sometimes at the side of his shaft.
we''ve had occassional oral sex, but nothing more.
i dont know, does anyone have any like input as to what it could be?

the pains come and go, and its only been like the last few days, and i havent given him oral in quite a while.
he says there are no sores, no awkard discharge or anything, its just like this pain that comes, and it feels like pressure, and then it leaves.

If he has had oral sex with a person who has a cold sore he could be developing herpes. I don't think having sex with him until things become clearer is a great idea. If he developes an open sore it most likely is Herpes. He should get it checked out by a doctor.
If it is simply sore, perhaps you have been too vigorous.

He might have a hernia. He should go and get it checked out. My brother had a hernia down there and he had to go and have surgery right away because it is dangerous for anyone to have.
I suggest have him go to a doctor and have it checked out even though it is embarassing.

Could be a thrombosed vein. Have a urologist check it.
