Don't, stay on your heels. You have become used to them and they are pretty and feminine.

The thing about most flats (unless if they're really really good quality and really expensive) is that most of them lack the padding and cushioning. Especially ballet flats. The soles of high heels would normally have molding or an arch to support your feet.
So when you buy a pair, make sure there's enough cushioning or you can buy a separate cushioning pad (like Dr. Scholls? I haven't tried them myself). Or by the end of the day, your heels will be sore.

try wearing lower heels every time untill the shoes you wear get flat

Don't be surprised if your calf muscles hurt when you switch. It's probably a good idea to work into it gradually if you want to move completely away from heels.
Laney is right - the Dr. Scholls gel insoles are really nice!

u should give me advice on how 2 wear heels i am thinking u should wear alot of sandels
run in ur heels and make ur feet hurt and then u will want to wear sandels or sneakers
