how to re-install java to play games?

i've updated my security and it deleted my temp files also. can some one help now.

1st Click on my PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder,hight lite java folder and delete it, next go to http://www.java.com and download latest java.that should do the trick.But updating security should not of deleted java,try this before doing the above.
This works with windows XP and may work with older windows. Yahoo has updated the site! If you can’t get lounge page to open do this! Click on My PC ,disk drive C, open windows folder,next open Downloaded programs file. click game you want to play to high lite it.delete it.Now go back to game,it will prompt you to download a demo,do so and page will open! Your old download is stale since yahoo's new up grades.A nother way is what i do,this is how my settings are!and i can get in any game.
You need java for games,but not to open them,if you have microsoft VM. go to start button,settings,, control panel open internet options advance tab,scroll down to see if microsoft vm is there if so unclick the 2 java listed. Make sure JIT is checked, click apply then ok. close.this lets msn vm launch games. this will SPEED UP game loading time.if you don’t have msn VM,get it here http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserversystem/ virtualserver/default.mspx

When you go to play a game that needs java the game will download itself with your permission.

IM me, sun java is crap for yahoo games anyway. I have something much better
