First off, you need firefox, found here http://www.mozilla.com/firefox once it is installed, go to http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php
Click on Install now, and once it is done instaling, restart firefox.
Go to the youtube page and then click on the button on the bottom of your window that looks like a notebook that showed up after restarting. right click on the link that shows up and click save as. save it to your computer and done.
