I've been married for 2 years and my husband looks at porn (online porn) 4 to 6 times per week, sometimes for hours at a time--and always late at night when I'm sleeping. I'm an attractive woman in my late 20's who takes good care of myself--body and appearance. My husband says I am one of the most attractive women he's ever seen and we have a decent sex life (2 to 3 x's per week on average), but he STILL looks at porn--sometimes even after we have had sex. Why do men do this? Is it wrong of me to be unhappy about him looking at porn so much?

Most men do this. The problem with your husband though is I think he has an addiction for him to look at it after you've just made love. That would really bother me too. My husband does it and it used to piss me off and I became so insecure. Eventually I stopped caring and began to focus on myself and stopped worrying about his dumb ***.

I don't know why. I had a similar problem with my husband, he was looking at online porn but he was never interested in having sex with me, I always had to initiate then he would usually tell me that I have a 'one track mind'. I thought for a while that he just wasn't interested in women but once I discovered the on line porn I was really hurt. I don't know why men do this, but don't let it hurt your self esteem. I am sure you are a very attractive woman but a lot more classy than a porn star or stripper.
Maybe you can tell your husband that it is hurtful that he looks at porn like this and suggest that you can both spend more time together?
I don't think that it is wrong for you to be unhappy about this, it isn't a healthy situation. I really think you should let him know that it hurts you.

It's not wrong to be upset. I think that is a little excessive. But on the other hand, he is a guy. And guys look at porn. My man does it probably way more than I know about or care to know about. Why don't you discuss it with him. Make it clear that you don't mind him looking at it, you'd just like if he wouldn't look so much. Or, ask him to look while you're not around. Maybe that will help.

That sounds gross. He's got a porn addiction and sounds very immature and disrespectful to you. Yes, you should be upset about it! I mean, at least if he's going to look, he should do it when you're not around and keep that stuff completely to himself.

Sorry I really can't relate - my husband doesn't do that at all - he can barely type on a computer and rarely goes on it. He doesn't have interest in that stuff.

Well, porn is healthy in a marriage unless it becomes a problem where the sex in your relationship is lacking due to your husband being obsessed with porn.
My fiance and I watch porn together sometimes, not too frequently, but sometimes... and it actually gives us new ideas.
I don't see it as cheating at all but if you don't want your man viewing it, ask him for the decency and respect.

Of course it isnt wrong for you to be upset about it! My husband has struggled with this our entire 3 years of marriage. It is demeaning to women. It is demeaning to me. I feel like I am not good enough and I dont trust him. Porn addictions really cuase problems in a marriage. I would talk to him about it. Hope it works out for you.

Sometimes when I look at porn, I'm imagining my wife doing those things. No, seriously. Things I would never ask her to do, but I still think about. I wish it was her in those pictures.

He looks because he is a man. Just let him grow out of it. Maybe he just has too much free time. I know that is part of why I sometimes spent too much time doing things like this.

relax the porn isn't a big thing it's like asking why a dog licks hiself lol... Your husband sounds like he loves you so i wouldn't be to upset over his viewing pleasures as long as they stay on line
