It doesn't appear that way. Jessica is dating John Maher [check out US weekly]. It's an on again off again thing with them. John doesn't like his personal life out there for the world to see. Jessica love any opportunity to be in the spotlight.
Nick has said that he wants her back. He's forgiven her for what she did but she's not interested right now.
Maybe once Jessica finishes growing up she and Nick may get back together.

Nick is actually going out with TV personality Vanessa Milano and Jessica just broke up with Dane Cook but they are still friends... Jessica is apparently single but she's not getting back together with Nick anytime soon....

Oh HELL NO. He is with Vanessa Minillo now. Nick told Jessica that he and Vanessa were only ever friends, that's why Jess attempted to reconcile with him, but then she saw pictures in mags of Nick and Vanessa making out at the beach and she changed her mind, she then got depressed for a while and started bingeing on food. Now she kinda got her life back to normal, but she will never ever EVER get back togehter with him. They are friends though,,,,,,,,kinda weird. I bet she'd like to gouge Vanessa's eyes out.

Nick Lachey isn't as popular now then he was with Jessica.

Jessica will be by later, she has some things of his (namely the checkbook!) so I'll ask both of them then.
It's nice that they can be civil to each other.
